Quick update - I now have samples of the fabric designs I uploaded to
Spoonflower. The massed flower heads have come out a little more orange than I anticipated and looking closely, I can see where the repeat could do with finetuning but is is rather fun.

I like the zing created by the orange and strong pink in your design Jane, and seeing the flowers enmasse gives them greater importance.
